Our Lawn Maintenance division team members are the heart and soul of the company.

This position does REQUIRE experience.

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members on a commercial and residential lawn maintenance route

• Knowledge of Lawn Mowing, string trimming, edging and blowing off when done.

• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing off.

• knowledge of landscape maintenance tasks.

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely by crew members during daily operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing off.

• Lawn Mowing experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• A valid driver’s license required for transportation to job sites.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods

• Back check due to working on two USCG Facilities in Cape May
